We're thrilled you've chosen us for your child's healthcare needs. Our dedicated team, led by Dr. Laura Levinson Gal, is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care.
We offer flexible scheduling, including same-day sick visits and well-child appointments, with office hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and select Saturdays. Our staff is always available to assist with medical forms, insurance inquiries, and any questions you may have to ensure a seamless experience.

Our Office Is Open As Follows:
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday by appointment only.Emergencies will be accommodated as indicated.Additional days and times available upon request.
Saturdays: We are open 1-2 Saturdays per month for both sick and well visits. Please prepare ahead for these well visits appointments as the book months in advance. We do have same day sick visit appointments and non-urgent appointments on Saturdays as well. Always call first.
Sick Visits
There are spots available every day for same-day sick visits. Please call as early as possible, these spots fill very quickly.
Dr. Levinson Gal or a covering provider is ALWAYS available by phone.
Please call us before seeking care for your child outside of our office hours.
Well Visits (Physicals)
Please try to schedule your child’s well visits at least 2 weeks in advance of the date needed.
Non-Urgent Appointments
Less urgent conditions such as acne, warts, constipation, headaches, behavioral problems, eczema and long standing abdominal pain should be scheduled in advance when possible.
Medical Advice
During our office hours, we are happy to answer questions by phone. For complex issues, please schedule an appointment to ensure that your child receives a proper evaluation.
All urgent matters will be addressed on the same day. Less urgent matters may take up to 24 hours.
Timing Is Important
Please arrive on time! We understand your time is valuable and we respect your time. We make every effort possible to see all of our patients on time. In order to provide prompt service, we need you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for every appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to wait or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations
Your appointment has been reserved especially for you. We therefore require 24-hour notice for cancellations.
A fee may be charged for late cancellations.
Unaccompanied Minors
The law requires that all patients under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for every visit.
We have proxy forms available that can be completed in advance, allowing a friend or family member to authorize care.
Patients between 16-18 years may come alone if we have written permission in advance from the parent or guardian.
Health Forms
Our office staff is happy to complete your forms for school, camp, work, etc. We charge $20 for forms that need to be hand-completed. However, if you attach our medical forms, there is no fee! Forms will take 1-2 business days to complete.
Please ensure your child has had a physical within the last 365 days so we can complete the forms.
If not, please ensure to schedule the visit at least one week prior to the date the forms are due.
Hospital Care
Hospital care is managed by Pediatric Hospitalists. They are specifically trained to care for your sick child.
Our doctors do not manage inpatients.
Insurance
Please bring your card to EVERY visit so that we may verify your coverage. If we do not have proper information at the visit, you may be charged!
Please also call your insurance company and verify the number of visits your child is covered for the first year of life and let our front desk staff know. This is to help ensure you do not receive bills!
Nights and Weekends
There is always a doctor on call! Dr. Levinson Gal or a covering provider will take your call.

Please only direct urgent calls to the doctor. Messages can be left for the office staff for all non-urgent matters.
