About Dr. Levinson Gal
Dr. Levinson Gal is a Board Certified Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She graduated from The Chicago Medical School in 1994 and completed her residency in Primary Care Pediatrics in 1997 at New York University and Bellevue Hospital Center. She stayed on there for an additional two years as a Fellow in General Academic Pediatrics. She then moved with her husband and newborn to Philadelphia where she worked as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Temple University Children’s Medical Center, initially as a Hospitalist and then in the Pediatric Emergency Room. Upon returning to New York, she worked as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan. After having her fourth child she spent a few years as a “stay at home mother.” She then worked part-time for a few years prior to joining ProHEALTH in 2017. She separated from there during the summer of 2022 to open her own practice. Dr. Levinson Gal looks forward to spending her free time with her husband and her four children. She enjoys knitting, cooking, baking, and walking her dogs.
